Our machine needs a minimum of a 5 foot gate opening in fences and adequate access the working area. Please move any vehicles or other
objects that may prevent us from accessing the work area prior to our arrival. Also please seperate and move any objects that you wish to retain away from the debris
to be cleaned up.
1. If you have a fence, we need a minimum fence/gate opening of 5 feet.
2. Please clear away any personal items that will not be involved in the cleanup.
3. Please move any vehicles/trailers that may obstruct the cleanup.
4. If you are having debris hauled away, please clear your driveway temporarily to allow the hauling company easy access.
We've assisted customers with numerous cleanup projects including;
1. Windfall damage (fallen trees and branches)
2. Move-in/move out debris cleanup (garbage / construction debris/old appliances)
3. Knocking down old or unwanted structures (sheds / outbuildings)
4. Combined debris cleanup with brush removal
Wood / Branches / Vegetation
1. Pile debris and burn at your convenience.
(outdoor burn permit required).
If you are permitted to burn in your area, and have space to burn, this is a
cost effective way to dispose of organic material.
2. Haul away while on job or at your convenience.
While we do not offer direct hauling services, we can coordinate with a hauling company to haul away the organic material.
Yard waste is no longer accepted by Snohomish County, so if you reside in Snohomish County, it may be necessary for the
hauling company to dispose in a neighboring county that accepts yard waste. Separate payment arrangements for the third party
hauling company is required.
All other debris / garbage
1. Pile and organize debris for later removal.
If you prefer to arrange for the debris to be removed at a later date, we can pile the debris for later removal. Recyclable
materials will be pile seperately from other refuse, including;
- Glass / Bottles
- Electronics (TV's/Stereos etc.)
- Paint / Stain
- Scrap Metals
- Appliances
Please note that hazardous waste including motor oil, antifreeze, oil filters, fluorescent lights, gas, diesel, fuels, propane tanks,
latex paint, automotive batteries, rechargable batteries cannot be accepted and must be disposed of at your local county hazardous waste facility.
2. Haul away while on job.

Recyclable material usually needs to be taken in a separate trip and are charged differently for disposal. All other waste is usually
charged by the ton and hourly/trip charge for loading and disposal. Separate payment arrangements for the third party
hauling company is required.
