About Us

Our mission is to offer cost effective residential tractor services. Our services fill the void between doing the work yourself and hiring a much more expensive excavating company. We are based on Camano Island, WA but service Island, Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, King, San Juan, Jefferson and Clallum Counties.

Our compact tractor is very versatile and has a variety of implements to handle most residential jobs, including box blade, flat blade, middlebuster, field mower, rototiller, landscape rake. Additionally, we have a stump grinder that makes quick work of most stumps up to 24" in diameter.

Our full line of services include permanant brush removal, light land clearing, brush and field mowing, stump grinding, lot leveling, rototilling, debris cleanup, dirt and gravel work, driveway grading and maintenance, garden preparation, rv pads, new gravel driveways, and more.

Affordable pricing

We offer free quotes on all jobs so you will know the cost before we do the job. Most of our services are priced at a reasonable flat rate ranging from $100-110 per hour depending on service performed, plus a one time travel charge for distant communities, no hidden costs or fees. Stump grinding services are priced based on stump size and accessibility. (Areas on San Juan Islands/Olympic Pennisula subject to ferry expenses.)

Flexible services

Our services are affordable and more cost effective than excavation companies. Additionally most excavation companies will not consider many smaller jobs. We also handle jobs that many landscape companies do not handle, such as field mowing and brush removal. Because we offer a wide range of residential services, we can take a lot of the work out of landscaping your yard.

Land clearing and brush removal

Our land clearing services will help you reclaim property lost to overgrowth! Blackberries, salmon berries and miscellanous stubborn brush are quickly and easily permanently removed by the roots, allowing you to repurpose that area of your property quickly and easily.

Our agricultural mowing services will make quick work of large & small fields of tall grass, difficult weeds, blackberries and stubborn brush up to 1 inch thick. We can mow areas that are difficult to access and can mow most steeper slopes easily.

Our tractor mounted mower attachment can easily handle moderate high grass in large areas and most steep grade mowing jobs that standard mowers cannot including grades up to 40%.

We can help you improve the topgraphy of your property, including lot levelling, resloping and grading, filling in low spots, light excavating, preparation for outbuildings and more.

Stump grinding

We can help you remove unsightly stumps from your yard individually or as part of a tractor work service package. Our stump grinder will make quick work of stumps up to 24" wide and will grind several inches underground allowing it to be covered with soil or mulch.

Rototilling

Our 50" tractor mounted rototiller is very effective at preparing ground for gardens, new grass and vegetables as well as amending poor quality soil and smoothing out rough soil. Remove your poor quality grass, reseed and have a fresh, new lawn.

Field and Garden Ploughing

We can plough virgin areas or fallow fields to allow agricultural production using our moldboard plow. Areas are usually ploughed first, which overturns the dirt, killing vegetation and aerating the soil as well as improving drainage. 2-4 weeks later, the rough plouged areas are usually then rototilled and amended if necessary, which will break up the rough clumps into smooth, loose dirt.

There are no hidden fees with our services, we offer convenient and reasonable flat rate hourly pricing for most of our services plus a small travel charge for communities outside of Stanwood/Camano/Arlington Areas, which covers transportation of our equipment to your location.
